4. Do you provide 1:1 support?

Yes. Most services are provided on a 1:1 basis, with some Community Participation Supports offered at a 1:2 ratio when appropriate and outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

5. Where do services take place?

Services occur in natural settings based on the individual’s goals—such as the home, workplace, community centers, parks, libraries, or volunteer sites.

6. Do you offer transportation?

Yes. We provide travel training, route planning, and coordinated transportation related to CPS activities, employment, and appointments when included in the person’s support plan.

7. What is Person-Centered Planning?

It's a collaborative process ensuring supports reflect the individual’s strengths, preferences, values, and goals. The individual leads the vision, and our team helps create and review plans regularly.

8. How does Respite work?

Respite offers temporary care and supervision when primary caregivers are unavailable. It is flexible, can occur at home or in the community, and focuses on safety and engagement.

9. Do you work with families and support teams?

Absolutely. We partner closely with families, coordinators, and care teams to ensure consistent communication and unified support.

10. Do you accept waiver or state-funded programs?

We currently support individuals using private pay. Please contact us to discuss eligibility and available funding options.

11. Are your staff trained?

Yes. Our team members receive training in safety, communication, community engagement, and person-centered support. Ongoing oversight ensures quality and consistency.

Yes. Our events and outings are inclusive, supported, and designed to help everyone engage comfortably and safely.
